2. Charcoal, Clay and DMSO
The “S” in DMSO refers to a sulfur molecule. If you experience reactions to sulfur medications, and if you choose to try DMSO, do so most cautiously. Consider consulting a physician.
Buy or download for free the highly-recommended, easy-to-read book DMSO Handbook for Doctors. Read also DMSO: Nature’s Healer. See the many incredible uses related to health. NOTE: Get the purest DMSO you can: 99.9% pure, tho’ many use 99% purity. When applied topically (clean skin first), it probably will sting, itch and/or burn, so dilute immediately with distilled water, since DMSO is so efficient that it will take into the body with it any impurities on skin or hands or in creams. Either that or buy gels or creams with 70% DMSO already in them. READ the books to learn about its many uses and efficacy. Can be used internally or externally, but read to learn amounts.
You can watch an excellent video about uses and benefits of clay at hopeforhealthusa.com. Free health counseling at that website, too. One can buy quality supplements there, as well as bentonite clay and activated charcoal. Clay, like charcoal, can be used internally or externally, but clay has distinct advantages. Ask for directions re usage. Charcoal also available at charcoalremedies.com.
3. Wheat Toxicity
Most Americans are deficient in iodine. Iodine deficiency is discussed in this presentation, and many health issues have disappeared with supplementation, but please heed this warning. It is best to be tested before and during supplementation, if you opt to supplement. That is because insufficiency is not good, but neither is over-sufficiency! Too much can be as bad as too little! So get tested.
